In order to shape your abdominal muscles, you need to start training immediately. The good news is that you do not need to go to the gym every day because you can do exercises at home too. It is also important to start a diet. We know that, given the holiday month, this is a difficult task, but not an impossible task. Try to keep the consumption of sweets and pasta to a minimum.
