5.Drink Less Soda Drink

Soda drinks are also notoriously rich in sugar and actually a single glass of CocaCola is roughly the equivalent in sugar to eating Cadburys Cream Eggs - which makes them bad for you! Simultaneously the acid in these drinks can destroy the enamel on the outside of your teeth aking them more vulnerable to future destroy. If you are drinking more water, then you'll need less soda anyway.
