  1. First of all eating a nutritional diet is important for a health hair.
  2. Never brush hair when it is wet.
  3. Wear a scarf when going out in the sun.
  4. After swimming wash hair with plain water.
  5. Every morning bend over and brush your hair from roots to tips, then back comb lightly with a good quality brush.
  6. The brush and comb should be cleaned at least once a week.
  7. Brushing at night and removing all the tangles before going to bed is very important.
  8. Even people with oily hair can brush their hair a few times daily to improve circulation and remove tangles.
  9. Brushing cleans the hair of dust, removes tangles and distributes the natural oil.
  10. Hair conditioners are very important after shampooing your hair.
  11. Hair dryers can dry and damage hair so natural drying is always advisable, unless necessary and in a hurry hair dryers can be used.
  12. Any warm oil like olive or coconut can be applied and soaked for a few hours before washing.
  13. Egg acts as an excellent conditioner and makes hair healthy.
  14. Too much of hair spray makes hair dry and stiff so try to use it sparingly.
  15. Too much of perming and bleaching also damage hair.

  2. yes, what about very dry hair, I'm veiled, so my hair is never exposed to the sun, and I never use the hair dryer, but my hair is still too dry and very damaged
