With the onset of the winter season, physical activity has decreased dramatically. The body relaxes and nutrition becomes more frequent and in greater quantities.

In order to shape your abdominal muscles, you need to start training immediately. The good news is that you do not need to go to the gym every day because you can do exercises at home too. It is also important to start a diet. We know that, given the holiday month, this is a difficult task, but not an impossible task. Try to keep the consumption of sweets and pasta to a minimum. The recommended daily calorie intake should be made up of 50% complex carbohydrates, 25% protein and 25% unsaturated fat.



How many times a week do you need to exercise to get results?

There is no specific number of weekly workouts as the end result depends on the individual. The decisive thing here is consistency. If we have to determine the weekly number of workouts, they must be at least five.
